So convenient! I love how I didnt have to expose my body to additional germs at the doctors office! So quick, easy, and painless!

I have read about these services before and have been encouraged by my employer to use these types of services to gain more control with our health care management and costs. Recently I had a urgent situation and used the service. The process, technology and quality of discussion care exceeded my expectations. Would heartily recommend the service going forward!

This app is amazing, it has saved me hours in the urgent care center. I have used it twice and will be using it more In the future, I cant imagine ever going to urgent care or ER again for minor things like ear infection and flu.

Not sure if this is typical but the site was down for about 30 mins this Sunday afternoon. But did see a doctor online for my child who had been coughing. The doctor asked a series of questions then prescribed medication. The prescription was electronically sent to my local pharmacy. Also, the entire visit was documented as a PDF report, which is secured on my amwell account. I can now review the diagnosis and forward a copy to my regular health care provider. This process saved me time and my child is on the way to recovery. Hate to think if I had to wait at our regular doctor without an appointment. Would have been at least a 2 hour wait. Thanks amwell for being open on a Sunday.

So cool. Early stages of sinus infection and web dr asked same questions as urgent care and same prescription. Saved me hours.

This is a great way to get medicine for minor issues like a sinus infection. The doctor was so kind, informative and helpful.

I have used AmWell twice and appreciated both doctors very much. My kids had common illnesses and they were very quick and helpful. I very much appreciated that I did not have to leave the house with them and pick up something else.

This is an amazing service - extremely. With industry trends of shifting to high-deductible health plans this is a cost effective solution to a traditional doctors office visit at a brick and mortar facility. The app worked extremely well over WiFi and I high recommend this service to anyone needing care.

Called after hours and got right through! Rx sent to the pharmacy, Im on my way to health!

When you are on wi-fi only it is not working, if you go on 3G/4G its works perfectly. I tried my laptop, tablet and phone at various wi-fi hotspots around the city and out of the area and it is not connecting at all. I already uninstalled it and reinstalled the app on the devices that needed it, hard reset the devices also. I contacted customer support about this and they havent replied back in a month.

First time user. Just walked out on my doctor after being continually dissatisfied with the wait times and fees charged for a simple consult. All I need is to talk to a doctor and get my prescription refilled for anxiety. I manage very well with my meds. I had trouble creating an account but called customer support, short wait to be helped and the lady on the phone was polite and quick, understood accurately the information I repeated verbally to her, i.e. Email. She set me up, I logged onto the app right after, saw which doctors were available and selected one whos bio and picture seemed to resonate with me. She had another patient, so I waited for about 5 mins while she wrapped that up and reviewed the info I put in. Video chat starts, kind of awkward but REALLY CONVENIENT!!!!!! I sat in my bed, told her I struggle with anxiety. I found a medication that really works for me through my PCP. I want to switch PCPs and in the interim I need my prescription filled. She asked to see my prescription bottle to verify that I was on the medication and other generic doctor questions. Overall very very pleased with this experience. Im convinced this is the new way to do medicine, so efficient. I will use this again and again for non-emergency medical reasons. 5 stars!

Fast service great provider very happy with results

I just tried this service for the first time. I had a very nice Dr & was amazed how well the app worked. I did this from the comfort of my own home. Didnt have to drive anywhere & sit in a waiting room for a long time with a lot of sick people hoping I wouldnt pick up something. And cost is favorable too! Thanks for the great service!

1st time using Amwell! So easy and convenient! Just needed a refill and bam! Done and done! A bit of a "wait" but totally worth it to avoid waiting in a physical room with germs and crying kids!! So pleased!! ☺️

I just spent money to be told to see my primary care doctor. I dont think I should have to pay for that. App works well tho...not sure I will use again.

I am hooked. Visit started in a few minutes, the doctor was so patient and informative, and I feel a ton better knowing now what my symptoms are and how to manage it. And all in less than 10 minutes, crazy.

I stayed home from work today because I felt like poop. I struggled with the energy just to go to the bathroom (I know TMI.)… Anyway not having the energy to drag myself out of bed without having a coughing fit I knew I needed medical attention and didnt have didnt have the strength or energy to get to the facility knowing that Id be around other sick people and have to wait God knows how long I looked up virtual doctors this app showed up I tried it and Ive never made a better decision planning to go pick up my prescriptions that will help me gain my strength back soon he even offered access to a doctors note but I dont need it for my job! Awesome app. I highly recommend it

This is the wonderful app. Called to Doctor and got in video chat with him, I described my issue and doctor gave me advice and prescription. Then I picked it up in nearest pharmacy store! No appointments needed! No wait lines. Simple to use. Got prescription in 15 minutes. Definitely will recommend it to my friends. -Yury
