I had Dr. Mia Finkelston. She was FANTASTIC! She was patient, asked me many questions about my ailment and allotted time for me to ask questions. A great way to receive quality medical service without leaving my home. I will recommend highly to all my coworkers to use.

I have been incredibly sick for over two weeks now. After the first week I used Amwell to see a doctor regarding what was going wrong. Because it hadnt been 10 full days yet with my illness the doctor would not prescribe antibiotics and said that all I needed to do was send a follow-up message if I was still sick several days from then. I sent repeated follow up messages for the last five days now and have not gotten a single answer back. I am still sick, and during my initial appointment I was told that I did not need to pay for a repeat visit since this was simply a follow up with a prescription call-in. The doctor promised me they would be no problem getting antibiotics several days after my appointment, and then vanished into thin air for me to drop another $70 just to get someone to order antibiotics for me. This is ridiculous, and there should be some sort of method in place for follow up, especially if the doctors notes stated that I would be contacting them for a follow up prescription. Fix your app, or get better doctors who actually do what they say they will.

This app is very helpful and convenient for those who may not be able to get to a doctor and inexpensive!

Before using the app you must create an account. Fortunately I read the terms of service prior to agreeing. If you sign up you are certifying you are not a Medicare or Medicaid recipients. So if you are over 65 you apparently cant use this. The app should make this clear up front. Disappointed.

So convenient without an office visit with my primary physician and got same results as an office visit, love it!!!!

I am so glad this service is available and part of my recommended health insurance. After several uses, the doctors are helpful and provide fantastic medical advice without leaving your home. Why go to the doctor when you dont feel well? Do it from the comfort of your home.

I have never been able to get it to work on my iPhone it crashes a few screens in every single time.

We have used AmWell multiple times and appreciated the doctors very much. My kids had common illnesses and they were very quick and helpful. I very much appreciated that I did not have to leave the house with them and pick up something else.

Never what I thought that this would be so easy. Just getting diagnosed and getting prescriptions if needed is awesome and not having to pay so much money to actually go to a doctors office. Absolutely great app and great people on it.

I was skeptical at first, but this was honestly a really big timesaver. If I wouldve went to urgent care, it would also have cost me an additional $30. Five stars, and I will definitely do this again for simple things like sinus infections and colds.

Todays doctor was very thorough and very personable and respected my daughter instead of talking down to her. This is the 3rd time weve used AmWell. The only thing I would ask is for more coupon codes. Ill get one but then it expires before I get to use it.

I only had to wait 15 minutes to see a doctor and it only cost me 59 bucks! Avoid ER visits by using this app. There was a wide range of doctors to choose from, and a variety of services offered. They accept many health insurers.
