I love the convenience of this app. Ive used it several times and all of the providers have been wonderful. Its saves me so much time, and is so much easier than a doctors visit when youre sick.

I absolutely love the service provided by AmWell! It is so quick and easy to just see somebody and get the help you need with in minutes. It is so hard to get into a doctors office anymore, especially if it is an emergency situation or a recurring issue in which you know what the "fix is." The visits are short sweet and to the point, but they take just enough time to make sure that you understand and to answer any questions you have. They are also very thorough in making sure that they understand your health history before they prescribe or advise. The people at Amwell truly get it!

Did not ask for insurance info... had to put in later. On iPad, placed pharmacy info over terms & conditions checkbox. Would not continue. Had to restart numerous times.

Most painless doctor visit of all time! Slightly awkward at first but extremely painless. Time from signing up to getting a prescription filled for Amoxicillin was less than 10 minutes!! I was at the doctor for two and a half hours for this exact same thing last time!!

I love the quickness you can be seen and with out waiting in the Doctors office. I loved the experience.

Was quick painless and thats exactly what I needed. When you experiencing discomfort last thing you want to do is wait in a doctors office. They were able to diagnose my strep throat and sent my antibiotic to my pharmacy.

This was a great experience. I needed to get a different antibiotic and was able to explain my issue to the doctor. He sent the prescription over to the pharmacy and I didnt have to miss any work.

Ive had a hell of a time finding a good primary care doctor (and was without insurance for several months too) and this has been perfect for in a pinch situations. Every docto Ive met has been thorough and helpful. Reasonable costs too!

I love this app!

It is Easter Sunday and I guess the Easter Bunny stopped by to dye my eyes pink. I was having trouble locating an Urgent Care facility that was open on the holiday when I found this service through my insurance company. After setting things up, I was able to add pictures, and video chat with a doctor who was able to assess the situation and order a prescription for me to pick up at my designated pharmacy. Overall it was a great experience, and ended up costing 80% less than an Urgent Care visit. The app itself allows for optional synchronization of designated user data, and was found to be intuitive to use.

Sounds good in theory, but on a Saturday, the app couldnt locate a Dr to take my $59. They didnt tell me there was none available until after i filled out all the information they requested. Maybe there is a different app with more doctors.

Quick and easy! So much cheaper than urgent care & better service that sitting an crowded urgent care.

What a great benefit!!! So convenient when you have something minor. I had pink eye and it was easily diagnosed through this visit. Dr. Long was very professional and thorough. As our companys HR Manager, I look forward to passing along my good reviews.

This was the best invention yet to any apps ever made!! So convenient and not hard to use at all!! It took so much less time than going to the emergency room or urgent care and I got the same great service from Dr. long as I would from any other doctor. I will definitely use this app again and recommend it to all my friends and my family!!

I tried all day to get someone from my doctors office to call me back. Never happened. Logged into Amwell and 10 minutes later I have a prescription being called in for my problem! Could not be happier! Thank goodness they are there!

I love all the options. Very handy when I cant get to my primary care or we are on vacation.
