Fantastic USA based doctors. Have been able to get care and advice at at all times, day or night. Very easy to use and fast talk time with physician. Have used it several times and always satisfied.

I tried to find out how much my visit was going to be before I scheduled it, and there were no answers! I thought that by calling customer service, they would be able to tell me, but no, he basically said Id have to contact my insurance (who know nothing about this) or wait until my visit is over to find out how much it costs! Do people go to the grocery store and ask the bank how much the groceries are gonna cost? Or wait until AFTER they buy the groceries to see how much theyre gong to spend? Dr on Demand was very upfront about cost. They had some other customer service issues, so I thought Id give AmWell a try... but I guess not.

Putting all political ideology aside, this is the future. If you want to fix healthcare, embrace new technology like this that lowers cost of doctor visits substantially! I personally just paid $39, for my visit. It took 20 minutes and prescription has been called in. The same process with my local doctor wouldve taken 2 to 3 hours between drive-time, wait time, visit and returning back to work. In addition, my doctor cost $249 each visit. Get on board people!

I have a sinus infection that was running me down. Im away on vacation and was looking for the simplest way to to get antibiotics so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation. The dr was thorough and professional. This app is very convenient

Wow, this is really the best thing instead of waiting at the doctors office and being exposed to everyones germs. So much quicker too

I started feeling sick on Thursday afternoon but I thought it was just the weather change. On Friday I wasnt too bad but took some cold medicine anyways. On Saturday I woke up miserable!!! My husband was yelling at me to download this app so I tracked down the paperwork and got it done. Within 30 minutes, I was all setup and talking to a doctor! Prescriptions are being called into my pharmacy and I never have to leave the house. Hubby will be picking them up. Loved it!!!

Saw the doctor within 10 minutes and only paid my normal office, I saved myself exposure to stop out there in a three hour office wait time to urgent care! Cant recommend enough

In the middle of an ice storm in Nebraska this was a very convenient service. Love it

The first time I used it, I had a double ear infection. It took less than 10 minutes wait time to talk with a doctor. Visit was a few minutes and prescription was at my pharmacy right away. I sent my son to pick it up---never left home and who wants to leave home when you feel horrible? Not me! Also, if you have to go out of town, you can still keep your appointments. It is very affordable also. I will use this app again in the future.

This app is amazing! I had an abscess and needed an antibiotic and was written a script for it right away. Great way to save time from having to drive and wait in line! Yes!!!!

Paid $25 for an actually doctor visit - through my phone! Absolutely incredible, and perfect for the days when youre too sick to drive.
