My first experience with this and it went great! SO glad we are offered this---I didnt have to leave work to see a doctor and get treatment. Kept right on working at my desk while waiting for next available physician instead of wasting time in a waiting room. Kudos!

Ill never go to urgent care again for anything that can be dealt with through this app. Wonderful.

I have a tooth infection :( which I kinda hoped would just go away on its own, I was wrong. After sleeping a few hours I got worse, realized I need antibiotics, but it was 2 am and every place around was closed. I didnt want to hit up the hospital because I dont want a $500-1000 bill. Used the app, doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Got my prescription called into my 24 hr pharmacy in minutes and a hr later im on antibiotics. The app does need some features that the website has like modifying your bill information from the my account tab.

This was easy peasy. Some things just dont need to go to a doctors office. Thanx, Dr. Cynthia!

They ask for money because unable to connect to provider but able to connect when registering. Its. A scam to pass the cost to subscriber

I love my Amwell benefit and this app works great! Ive used my Amwell service through my browser on my PC but the interface with the doctor using the app on my iPhone or iPad is superior!

It is so nice to be able to use this service when I am unable to make it into my PCP. Rather than sitting in an urgent care, I can stay at home and get quality care.

Not sure why the audio isnt the most reliable, but this beats going to the doctor any day.

Today was my first time using this service. I loved my experience. Would recommend to anyone.

I LOVE AMWELL! SO EASY TO SEE A DOCTOR, GET WHAT YOU NEED FROM THEM SUCH AS ADVISE, SICK NOTE, PRESCRIPTIONS, ETC!

No cost to us because its covered by our insurance. Pleasant experience. The sign up process was easy. App crashed a few times, but not during visit with Dr. Definitely recommend, $20 copay for an actual visit. This was free & if they believed I needed to see a Dr in person I would.

I can visit the doctor from the comfort of my home. The doctor was thorough and use the information from my Apple Watch to help diagnose a sinus infection. Then she called in my prescription. So convenient! And cheaper than a walk-in appointment.

1st time using and was very impressed. Would definitely use again and again and again.

About had it with feeling bad for just about four days and started googling walk-in doctors in my area, only to find long drives, weird hours and bad reviews. I came across this app in an ad and it was a saving grace. The doctor was so nice and patient, even at 2am. Received useful advice and medication. Within 24 hours I was on my way to feeling better. I cant say enough thanks.

When you have sick kids this app is awesome! No waiting in a sick room at the doctors office and the results are super fast and easy!

I will definitely being using Amwell again. Very convenient & user friendly. Doctors are great.

So glad to have this option!! I spoke with a Dr from the comfort of my home, in my pajamas. It was quick and easy and shes calling in a prescription for me. Thank you for this service!! For the record, works much better from the app than a computer.
