I spent the whole week trying to see a doc. and couldnt get in anywhere. I just moved from overseas and started a new job and having to handle challenges in seeking healthcare was the last thing I needed! Wow though!!! This took just a few minutes, the physician was extremely friendly, and I am so relieved! This service is brilliant!

I have a high deductible insurance plan. Last time I went to an urgent care I got charged over $500 because my insurance doesnt pay any portion of it until Ive met my deductible which I will never meet. I saw white spots on my tonsils and they were enlarged I wanted to go to a clinic to get anabiotics prescribed however I did not want to pay hundreds of dollars just to get a prescription for my tonsillitis. I was going to use the doctors on demand to schedule an appointment however their cost was $65 with my insurance. With Amwell and my insurance the cost to see my doctor was only $39. You can upload pictures and choose which pharmacy to have your prescription sent to. It was quick and easy to get a doctor on the line I didnt have to schedule an appointment and I got my prescription within three minutes of the consultation. This is an excellent service anyone without insurance or with a high deductible plan or if youre just too sick to get out of your bed should try Amwell.

Ok, I use this app all the time and I absolutely love it! I have a lot of kids and sometimes I wonder about whether I should take them in for a visit (or even to the ER). I just open up Amwell and ask a doctor and it turns my potentially nightmarish experience into a 10-minutes-and-you-are-done kind of day :). Its one of the apps I will never be able to delete because I use it too much! Today, I woke up with pink eye and wanted to avoid giving it to my whole family. Literally five minutes later, after moving my eye around for the doctor, I have a prescription and am ready to go. Thanks, Amwell! Finally someone is making my life as a parent easier!!

Live over cam discussion from my "sick couch"with certified physicians for a fraction of what my office visits now cost (with crazy expensive "affordable care" premiums and full cost visits (no more copays) I choose not to go to the doctor for myself to save $$ in case kids get sick)So, liking this solution and bonus of no sharing waiting room germs!

My son became ill while camping at Disney and we thought we would have to find an urgent care. We where able to have a 5-10 min visit with the dr and medicine sent to a local pharmacy. Got the medicine and we where able to continue a great vacation with a greatly improved son.

I was moments away from strolling into a urgent care. But decided Id give this app a try and it was everything a visit without the wait or congestion of lines.

I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else for urinary tract infections, colds, or skin conditions. I had my problem taken care of within 10 minutes sitting in my bedroom. The interface is easy to use, and relatively inexpensive, especially for those who have a high deductible health insurance plan.

The website and the app and all of the features are extremely well put together and worked seamlessly for me. The therapist that was available for immediate therapy was wonderful and it was a very enjoyable experience. Thank God for this - doing therapy in my pajamas in bed after my toddler goes to bed is insanely convenient and actually the only possible way I could do therapy with my crazy schedule every day. I really liked my therapist and I will be returning for weekly visits. There were some functionality problems with the connection when I tried to do the appointment on my MacBook laptop, but I blame Apple for that! We really tried using the app on my iPhone and that worked perfectly :)

First off I did my first visit and the doctor advised me that I didnt need antibiotics, which is the only reason this app exists. If I wanted over the counter meds I could have went to Walgreens. The doctor said if I didnt feel better in 3 days to do another video chat. Well I got worse due to being neglected and not being given antibiotics. I called back for another video chat to pay another 59$ on top of the first 59$ I gave them. This last time I waited 1 hour on hold and when it finally said I was next in line, a few minutes later I was disconnected and they wanted me to start all over again. There is a problem with the app and they are not fixing it. This now makes 3 times I have been disconnected while waiting on a doctor to come after waiting between 30 minutes to an hour. Dont waste your time on this app until they fix the issues.
