Dare I say better than the Dr.s office? Minimal waiting and cost with quick actionable next steps for your health. I get electronic access to all of the Dr.s notes and it is very readable. Dr.s meeting/video chat lasted maybe 10 minutes or so.

When your child has an ear infection on the weekend, it is convenient to use this app to get an antibiotic. But we were charged $49 immediately. Then when the insurance EOB came through, insurance allowed $39 but we never received the refund of $10. So we would never use it again since we have other local providers.

Perfect way to feel better when you dont feel good. Once everything is all set up, its a breeze to use anytime!

It does not work on 3g/4g connection. I have a 65 mpbs speed on my phone and I still can not connect with the doctor.
