First time user and it was for my son. Not having to go to urgent care was very nice and the services were great!

Ive been using Amwell for almost two years now, the doctors are always very knowledgeable and friendly! I find it easier to tell the Doctor exactly what I need from the comfort of my space on my own time. Sick in bed? You can call right from there, Ive done it many a times and send it to the Pharmacy nearest you.

Has definitely saved me money! I avoided going to the ER because urgent care wasnt open!

Had my doctor visit and the doctor said they would call in my prescription within an hour. I Wait 2 hours and call in. They say they will call me back within 30 minutes to confirm my prescription. Never hear from them. Call back an hour later same story never hear back. I call another hour later and tell them I either want my prescription or I want a refund. They refuse both. I ended up having to go wait at the minor emergency for almost 4 hours and spend another $100 on a doctor visit. Mind you this is all while being sick. Filed a chargeback and they lied to my credit card company saying they called in the prescription and I filled it which is a blatant lie. So I lost that too. STAT AWAY

This is an amazing app, plain and simple. So quick and easy to use, helpful doctors with a personal touch.

I knew I had an infection in my lymph nodes, but didnt want to pay $50 at urgent care, cause my doctors office would be closed, at 5:00 when I got off work. I logged on and got the best care. Within 30 minutes, she prescribed me an antibiotic, and the best part is this service is covered at 100% through my insurance provider. So not only did I save money, I saved time. Love this service!

It didnt take long at all to be connected with a Dr and was taken care of quick. Great app

I used Amwell to get a quick diagnosis of a rash I had on my legs. It was so much easier than scheduling an appointment, racing across town to my doc, waiting in the office, and getting the same results. It took less than one hour to load the app, answer a few questions, virtually meet with the doctor, and have a prescription called in. I will definitely use this again!

This app is absolutely fantastic! I video chatted with a Dr, told her my symptoms & she wrote me a prescription. Very very efficient and saves so much time! Thankful for this app and these doctors!

Just had my first Amwell Doc visit and it was brilliant! So simple- na waiting, great doctor, got what I needed. Would highly recommend this!

My daughter and I got sick on vacation in Charleston. At 6:30 am I Downloaded the app, filled out the request, talked to the doctor with FaceTime, he looked at our throats, asked about symptoms, prescribed an antibiotic and I picked it up an hour later. We had strep throat. The meds has us back on our feet the next day! It was so convenient and I didnt even have to leave the hotel to try and find a doctor or clinic. Loved it

Quick, easy and helpful

So I found myself with very itchy eyes, and the suspicion that it was conjunctivitis. I was scheduled to go to work in 3 hours and needed to get some type of prescription medication before I went in. I looked up online doctor visits, and downloaded this app as well as another doctor app, I ended up using this one, because even with my insurance they wanted 75 dollars for the visit on the other one. Amwell didnt charge me a penny with insurance, and within 10 minutes a doctor had diagnosed me with what I suspected and faced in a script for eye drops. Really grateful for this and I recommend to anyone with something non emergent and wanting to get a doctors opinion without jumping through all the hoops of going to a doctors office
