Had a quick visit from the comfort of home with a kind and helpful physician. The app was easy to navigate. So glad to have an additional resource to manage our familys healthcare needs.

First doctor I attempted to connect with kept failing. The second physician worked perfectly and it was a professional visit. Not the same as in person, but darn close!!! Still bugs, but well worth the cost and time.

My primary care physician is currently in between practices. I had a prescription called in for me from another doctor thinking that it would knock out my sinus infection. Instead of paying a ridiculous amount of money to go to urgent care, I decided to try the Amwell app. I was able to talk to Dr. Michael Gray who was very pleasant and the appointment was very quick instead of having to drive to my doctor, I was able to have an appointment from the comfort of my home and have a antibiotic called in for me to my pharmacy. Great way to use an app! More doctors should sign up to do this! Very happy I found this app!

This was the first time Ive used this process and was satisfied with the convenience and ease of use.

Loved the ability to discuss over video chat. The visit was quick painless and terrific for my stomach flu. Of course as with any physician was informative and meaningful. Thanks Amwell

I signed up for a session with 2 doctors on a Saturday. The first "declined" my visit with no explanation. The second referred me back to the original doctor who declined my visit, also with no explanation. If they had a good reason to refer me to someone in person, they simply needed to say so. However, I did end up at one of the few urgent care clinics in the area that was open and was prescribed prednisone for symptom relief, which helped. Thanks for nothing.

I hate going to any doctor unless Im forced, but for small personal illness I prefer a quick visit on my time. Thanks for the app!

First time and it was fast/efficient

Love this app! I use it all the time! It has saved me so much time driving to and from the doctor. If you have kids, this is a lifesaver!

This was my first time using this app. It was user friendly, quick and helpful.

There are some occasions where Im iffy on whether or not to go see a dr. or potentially waste hours and a couple hundred bucks in the urgent care. For $50 I got the peace of mind that Im not dying, I dont need antibiotics as well as some good practical advice on how to help this bronchitis.

This was my first time using Amwell and the Doctor was great and helpful. Definitely saves time and would greatly recommend to anyone!

I love this app!!!

I gave this a try after my employer recommended it. First of all the estimated wait times are a joke. Second when I finally got to talk to a doctor he just said he could not do anything and told me to go see a doctor at a local office and stated he would forgive the charge for the visit since he did nothing. Low and behold I was charged anyway. The icing on the cake when I contacted the company the customer service person continually cut me off in mid sentence and they basically said they would not forgive the charge because the time spent with the doctor(about 30 seconds) and the advice he game(none other than to seek a useful physician) warranted me getting charged. So despite the doctor lying to me and giving me no real help I get to pay for it. I honestly wish there was a zero star possibility that is how bad my experience has been.
