Unprofessional

I signed up for a session with 2 doctors on a Saturday. The first "declined" my visit with no explanation. The second referred me back to the original doctor who declined my visit, also with no explanation. If they had a good reason to refer me to someone in person, they simply needed to say so. However, I did end up at one of the few urgent care clinics in the area that was open and was prescribed prednisone for symptom relief, which helped. Thanks for nothing.
