If you use this just hope the doctor actually sends your prescriptions to the pharmacy because if they dont the experience becomes horrible. Was supposed to have two prescriptions per the doctor, pharmacy says doctor only sent one. The number in app to call for prescription issues is just a voicemail stating its 24hrs and calls back usually in 15mins, left two messages and still no call back three hours later. Called Amwell customer service number from google, was told would be resolved within an hour. Waited over another hour, called them again and was told this time it would take another three hours. Not once has customer service called me back and Im still waiting on a needed prescription. Should have just spent the extra money and gone to an urgent care.
