Wort experience ever

If you are looking for a quality customer experience, dont use this app. However, if you want to be subjected to waiting around on your device, hearing the same marketing message over and over, without actually getting the service this app promises to deliver than by all means, use it.
I had to download this trAPP at least 3x. I waited for the first available physician ( the trAPP showed at least 5 available), only to get the message that I was the "next patient". After about an hour of this nonsense, I deleted the trAPP, and headed to the ER, since I was experiencing a mild asthma attack. I only downloaded this because I was on vacation and was without my asthma meds.
Also, I called their "support" number and was told that my payment info is not stored/saved by them. However, each time I downloaded the app, my payment info, along with everything else, came up without me having to re-enter it. A bit suspicious.
Disappointed is the nicest word I can think of to describe my experience
