1st Time - Very Impressed

First time user. Just walked out on my doctor after being continually dissatisfied with the wait times and fees charged for a simple consult. All I need is to talk to a doctor and get my prescription refilled for anxiety. I manage very well with my meds. I had trouble creating an account but called customer support, short wait to be helped and the lady on the phone was polite and quick, understood accurately the information I repeated verbally to her, i.e. Email. She set me up, I logged onto the app right after, saw which doctors were available and selected one whos bio and picture seemed to resonate with me. She had another patient, so I waited for about 5 mins while she wrapped that up and reviewed the info I put in. Video chat starts, kind of awkward but REALLY CONVENIENT!!!!!! I sat in my bed, told her I struggle with anxiety. I found a medication that really works for me through my PCP. I want to switch PCPs and in the interim I need my prescription filled. She asked to see my prescription bottle to verify that I was on the medication and other generic doctor questions. Overall very very pleased with this experience. Im convinced this is the new way to do medicine, so efficient. I will use this again and again for non-emergency medical reasons. 5 stars!
