Wi-Fi is not working

When you are on wi-fi only it is not working, if you go on 3G/4G its works perfectly. I tried my laptop, tablet and phone at various wi-fi hotspots around the city and out of the area and it is not connecting at all. I already uninstalled it and reinstalled the app on the devices that needed it, hard reset the devices also. I contacted customer support about this and they havent replied back in a month.
